LEARNING THROUGH EXPERIENCE
Third-year students from our Faculty’s Department of Nutrition and Dietetics carried out their menu planning course over a period of four weeks in April 2024 at the Bolcaana Cafeteria located on Trakya University’s Balkan Campus.
This environment provided students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a setting similar to those they may encounter in their future professional careers.
